I started my massage journey back in 1999 and I completed the 500 hour training program at Irene’s School of Myomassology in 2001. I have trained in many modalities such as Ashiatsu (Barefoot Massage Therapy), Therapeutic Massage, Thai-Yurvedic, Myofascial Release and Hot Stone Therapy.
Over the years of practicing massage, I started to develop minor shoulder and hand issues. That's where Ashiatsu (Barefoot Massage Therapy) came in and I was able to continue my practice of massage. I have completed over 70 hours in Ashiatsu training and am a Certified Ashiatsu Practitioner. And that's where Don't Mind My Feet Massage Therapy was inspired.
I hold myself to the highest standards and continue expanding on my knowledge through workshops for continuing education and to keep my practice fresh. I am a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, the largest massage therapy membership organization in the country.
I do what I love and my strong desire to take care of others comes through in my massage practice. Every massage is a blend of the techniques I have learned and catered to each person based on what they need at that time. My desired goal is to create a space for relaxation and healing to maintain balance within the body and mind.
