Cancellation Policy:

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

You may cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.  Appointments that are cancelled or changed within 24 hours notice, will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.  If you forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment you will be charged the full amount.

New clients:  Please have online health intake form filled out prior to your appointment, no need to print it out.

Late arrivals:  Arriving late for your service will not result in a cancellation fee; however, it will require shortening the length of your service and you will be responsible for the full session. 

Online Booking:  The appointment made must be for each client separately. Health intake forms are required for each client with their name, email address and phone number.

Appointments for Minors:

All children under the age of 18 are classified as minors and must have a parent/guardian signature on their intake form. All children under the age of 12 must have a parent/guardian present during their service.
